The Provision and maintenance of the work place in a safe condition

Involvement in the development, promotion and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.

Training employees in the safe performance of their assigned task

The provision of resources to meet the health and safety commitment Employees are required to:

Follow all health and safety policies and procedures

Take care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by the work being done.

Report all known or observed hazards to their immediate manager

Cooperate with AAA Floor Sanding with respect to any action taken by the company to comply with health and safety legislation.

The policy is applicable to AAA Floor Sanding, in all its operations and functions including those situations where employees are required to work off site. The company is committed to consultation and operation between management and employees. Where practicable, the organization will consult with elected employee health and safety representatives and employees in regard to any workplace change that will affect the health and safety of any of its employees.
